Based just off Clapham High street, Voltaire Road Recording Studios is in the ideal location for most London Bands, Artists or Musicians. We have allocated on-site parking, or, for the greener (poorer) musicians, Clapham North Tube is a 1 minute walk. (Also served by bus no's 88 from Vauxhall and 345 from Clapham Junction). We are outside the congestion zone, and even if you are coming from north London you can still avoid the CC.

The Studio used to belong to David Gray (the "New Day at Midnight" album was recorded here) and is frequently used by Mark Owen, members of Basement Jaxx, Alabama 3 (recorded and Mixed their latest album "MOR"  here)*, Boz Boorer (Morrissey), Ben Mills (of X-Factor fame), Adam F (Rock project) ....... To shamelessly name drop a few!

We are primarily a master studio for signed bands or artists that don't have "Major Label" budgets. We do however have some downtime that we can offer at a lower rate. This is usually available on weekends, but not always so please contact us to find out.

We have 4 rooms here at Voltaire Road; Control room, Good sized live room, separate programming suite, and lounge-kitchen with TV and playstation.

Our regulars tell us we've got a great vibe going on here and we pride ourselves on providing a relaxed working atmosphere!
